About HR Connection

We have a fully-equipped office, located at an up-market area in Kenya’s coastal city known as Mombasa.

Initially we started occupying 350sq.ft of office space and employing two full-time staff only. However, at present we are occupying 1200sq.ft of office space in a commercial complex and having eight, full time, well-trained, qualified, multi-lingual personnel from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Al-Rumaih Corporation was our initial client from the Middle East and HR Connection is now proud to have 28 corporate clients all over the Middle East.

• We conduct initial interviews for verification that all information provided by
the candidate is true in its form before we ask our client’s HR officials to
travel to Kenya to conduct the final interviews.

technology to invent new ways to provide the best to our clients.

• We have been presenting many of our clients from the Middle East with CD’s
and DVD’s consisting of prospective candidates CV’s and recordings of the
initial interviews together with any trade tests conducted, in order to save our
clients all the time and to give them an exact illustration of the candidates
before they conduct the final interviews.
