Each client is allocated with a dedicated recruitment consultant who acts as their account manager and understands their requirements.

Clients are able to either phone or e-mail in their requirements, confident in the knowledge that they will not have to explain who they are and what they do to a different person each time.

We have a very strong multi-cultural database of candidates, with CV’s being received from all over Kenya on a daily basis.

HR Connection’s sophisticated recruitment software and its own unique coding and grading system the consultant can immediately conduct a database search and depending upon the position, prospective candidates CV’s can be forwarded to the clients within a small time frame, only CV’s that match the clients requirements are forwarded.

On client approval of CV’s the consultant from HR connection will conduct an initial interview to verify that the information provided by the candidate is true and correct in all its forms. Recruitment Process

After the candidates are short-listed, HR Connection consultant will then arrange an interview schedule for final selection.

Whenever our clients travel to Kenya to conduct the final interview, we make all the necessary arrangements before their arrival.

We also have software that enables the interviewer to access the CV of the interviewee and make comments on that particular candidate.

At the end of it all, the interviewer can generate reports with all the statistics which can be immediately sent by e-mail to the client thus this allows the HR department in the head office to be knowledgeable about the interviews being conducted.

Once the candidate has been selected by our client, we conduct all the formalities such as Medical Check Ups, Good Conduct Certificates, Attestation of certificates, Passport endorsement and travel arrangements in the shortest possible time.

We also carry out a pre-departure induction to enlighten the candidates about the laws of the country to which they shall be traveling, the working conditions there and the job scope.
